Brent was outstanding
The only complaint I have is not with Brent. Your automated sms sent me a msg at 11:57am on Tuesday requesting I choose a visit date and time. The only date and time listed was Tuesday (the same day) so I choose it and expected the visit that day. At 4pm no one had come so I called the number and was asked by the system to choose another date, which I did. Brent then came as scheduled and completed the job without problems. The point of this being I wasted most of the day on Tuesday waiting unnecessarily due to the automated response system not responding appropriately. Thanks

Refrigerator repair
Sanbao did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. He was courteous and friendly. However, the original appointment was 8 to 12, was rescheduled without my knowledge to later in the day.
