Keith called within 20 minutes of our scheduling online, arrived when he said he would, and was pleasant from 'hello, I'm Keith'. He is knowledgeable, gave helpful advice/answers to other related questions we had about our appliance, and got the job done professionally and efficiently. When quoting the price, he showed us the cost of the part (wow! it was a doozy part) so we weren't shocked at the final balance. We will call Sears Home Services anytime we have appliance needs or woes. Thank you, Keith, for 'old school' service. :)
