The repair man that came Wednesday, August 13. His name was Anthony. He listened he diagnosed he fixed. It was the hose. It was a crank. He pulled on. It made sure that the machine filled up with water circulated the suds. I didn’t need any parts just as we have thought. Something was preventing the water from circulating. This man knows his job tries to protect the consumer as well as his company. I appreciate him.

What a pleasant experience! When I answered the door I was met with a kind smile. Dwayne was professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He was patient in listening to my explanation of the problems I experienced with my clothes washing machine. After a diagnostic test and his physical observation of the machine and it’s mechanics, he advised what the nature of problem was as well as information that afforded me the ability to think about how to proceed with my present dilemma.
