Technician was fantastic. Came in. Focused. Got the job done. Perfect level of interaction. My kind of service visit. We're not here to talk baseball - I'm hoping you're here to fix my ice-maker (and it did!). Gave a good heads-up on ETA. Was professional. Fixed my fridge. No complaints.
