Daniel did a great job. My complaint is with the Sears company. Trying to get a hold of someone is very difficult. Sears canceled my appointment without talking to anyone. The AI system is very hard to navigate.

I think it washing machine is finally working! It took 4 appointments and 3 visits to get the job done. The technician was a no show for one appointment and logged that we were not home. We were there the entire day waiting...

Daniel was very professional. He came in and diagnosed the problem as soon as he took the dryer apart. Unfortunately, the problem started back when I dried my first load. A fuse blew and needed to be replaced in the kit that he installed. That was done by a new tech, no additional charge. I would give it one star speaking about their AI customer service only. Trying to explain my issues to their AI only customer service was frustrating, to say the least. I asked to speak to a real person and they said that they have all the information that a person would have and that they’re 100% AI customer service. So there’s no easy way to talk to a person. I’m sorry but there is no way to have a back-and-forth conversation with AI. The new tech came out as if it was a brand new call with no information on what had been done bc It couldn’t be explained to AI. Your customer service would definitely be a deterrent for me using your services again. The second tech that came out, Dwane, was very knowledgeable about Kenmore dryers. I would give him five stars if I was rating him alone without talking about AI. His 40 years of experience showed. He went above and beyond in his service, checking things that the first tech didn’t and explaining how I could prevent this problem from happening in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would feel confident to use him to fix any appliance.

The husband would have given him better stars. The ice maker still was not put back the way it was when he came the first time. It’s back in the freezer but he did not hook it back up. He said it might try to run if he did. The light still stays on and the numbers are still flashing. The wife is not happy. I sure hope Samsung does not say Sears broke it and say it’s not under warranty anymore

Charged me but didn’t do anything ????????

We have a service plan with Assurant so we called them to fix our washer when we received a water supply error. The machine needed a new motherboard despite only being 3 years old. When the technician left after the repair, the machine wasn’t put back together correctly so we had to have them come back out to fix it. It’s STILL not correct. The technician said thw previous tech lost some crews that prevents him from fixing it all the way. He WAS the previous tech. He’s been to my house THREE times.

Technician Accidentally took or misplaced appliance screws for my washer

Our refrigerator had a water leak but was otherwise working perfectly. Now the freezer and refrigerator are not keeping cool—no ice at all and will not freeze water. . It has gone from an inconvenient situation to a dangerous one. Please help asap!

My appointment was canceled at 11:10am and it began at 11am. No call no show. Unreliable company.
