Bill was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem, which he described as "the last testable part in the unit." I was disappointed by the appointment being scheduled for 8:00-9:00, only to be revised at 11:30 - after Bill was already here working on the dryer - for 11:00-12:00. While I'm very satisfied with Bill's work, the scheduling department needs work.
