Bill, the service technician is great. However the AI that handles the calls, awful. The ability to connect to real person, awful. This service scheduling end is a nightmare. Bad times, bad information....etc.

They were amazing. They called me and assessed what was wrong with the dishwasher and ordered the part ahead of time and then had the repairman come to fix it. They are very quick and efficient.
