Erik..fixed the problem within 20 mins..needed a new thermostat..which should have been on Mon by another tech!

It took over 3 weeks to get a technician here to perform the repair. The Technician seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was Friendly and seemed dedicate to getting the repair completed.

I was unable to have service provided today as I was given a service window between 8 AM to 5 PM. Unless all customers are retired, that is a very difficult way to schedule an appointment for those of us who work.
