Erik..fixed the problem within 20 mins..needed a new thermostat..which should have been on Mon by another tech!

It took over 3 weeks to get a technician here to perform the repair. The Technician seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was Friendly and seemed dedicate to getting the repair completed.

I was unable to have service provided today as I was given a service window between 8 AM to 5 PM. Unless all customers are retired, that is a very difficult way to schedule an appointment for those of us who work.

This is the 5th time the technician has been here to fix the problem…he did not fix it, the ice maker STILL not working…here’s a picture of how he left it. This can’t be right!
