The tech was great and he got us taken care of. WE DID NOT GET A PRICE CUT ON THE INITIAL SERVICE. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET (according to the website) $200 OFF IF WE SIGNED UP FOR THE PROTECTION PROGRAM. The tech tried to deduct it from the cost of repair, but his phone froze on the payment process and when he started processing the payment the second time the program didn’t allow a deduction. I ended up paying much more than I was supposed to. The cost of repair, according to the technician was $640 . . . I paid over $900. I called customer care but no refund to my card has come yet. If I don’t receive the refund, I am going to drop the coverage and go with another company.
