It took over 3 weeks to get a technician here to perform the repair. The Technician seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was Friendly and seemed dedicate to getting the repair completed.

Appointment was scheduled 4 days prior and appointment set for a Friday between 8-5, appointment was cancelled at 6:20 Pm when tech texted the part didn’t arrive. Rescheduled for Tuesday (today) between 8 and Noon, tech showed up at 1:45. Tracker app was not staying up to dat and showed tech arriving at 9:58 am which did not happen.

I am giving my repairman 5 stars he was very professional; found the issue and wasted no time. Seats Appliance Repair could do better by having a customer service person you could speak to. This has been a 6 week ordeal that should’ve been 2 weeks max.

I was unable to have service provided today as I was given a service window between 8 AM to 5 PM. Unless all customers are retired, that is a very difficult way to schedule an appointment for those of us who work.

my craftsman was repaired yesterday under this Order Number 000803513580287, I tried the craftsman today, the left back tired fell off and the cartman tractor is not working I need that the technician come back and fixed well, I am very disappointed with his job and i need that be fixed as soon as possible.
