Glenn is the most unreliable technician. Took them a month, yes over 30 days to come and fix my unit. He told us on the first visit that he would bring a ladder and on the next visit, he sent his assistant out and asked if we had a ladder. We told him no, and Glenn never showed back up. He then called me on the 3rd, yes 3rd scheduled appointment time and said that he didn't have time to get to us that he would have to reschedule. I asked him for his supervisors number and he said that he would have him call me. Never received a call. Finally on the 4th appointment, his supervisor came out and fixed our HVAC. James was very professional and got us up and going. Over all, I would give this company 2 stars. You can NOT talk to a human unless they call you first. Then when you call the number back, no answer.

The technicians were polite. The AI scheduling, and communication was terrible. The microwave had the error code shown.. The technician had to come to see for himself, then order part (waste of two Days). Part arrived and the technician came without proper tools, had to reschedule. Week later, Technician came without proper tools. Schedule again and came with helper, but needed ANOTHER part. Several days and Part arrived. AI texted the technician will arrive 9:31am. Technicians arrive 10:30. Finally fixed. Would not use this service again.

Bill did nothing and had no idea that this was a warrant call. I’m only supposed to pay $65 and I showed him that from my policy. Didn’t even share what was needed to fix the unit. Mistake made somewhere

Cancel my appointment with no reason. Cannot talk with anyone. Cannot even reschedule to be able to talk with someone. All you talk to is a AI person. Most terrible service I've ever had in my life.

The service guy was great!!! The service planning department is horrible. My appointment was for Monday from 8-5. At 4:30 I got a message they would not be coming had to reschedule. Reschedule for today. Could not give me any time idea. Finally came about 4:30. Waited 2 days for a five minute repair.

Terrible service. We placed the Service call a week and a half ago. We explained what the issue was and we were told that this would help the technician to be better prepared with the parts so they can fix it same day. The technician showed up two days later with no parts, he was also 45 minutes late and did not let us know that he was going to be late or that he was coming at all. We never received a quote for the service so when he told us it was gonna be $580 to fix, we were forced to go with it. He rescheduled a new appointment for today for 4/29 (today) And we received the part yesterday. The technician no showed us today and did not let us know that he wasn’t coming on top of that. We called into the number and finally got a hold of a real life person, just to find out that apparently we got rescheduled for May 5th. No communication, terrible customer service, we asked for a discount and they told us that they don’t know how to do that. Despicable.

Tech was here less than an hour and said the washer was ten to fifteen years old when it was one to two years old, the repair charge of seven hundred dollars was almost twice the original price of the washer. Next time I will just buy another washer. It would have been cheaper. Second came out and said the first tech did not diagnose the problem and just threw a part in, and that he couldn't take it back since it had already been installed. So after this almost 150.00 charge which customer service said I wouldn't have to pay anything. The total spent on repairing my 459.00 washer was almost double what I paid for the unit two years ago.bneedless to say I won't be using your service again Sincerely Mr. Graham

Zero stars if it were an option. Have used Sears for over 10 years and used them to repair the cooling fan on my LG oven. 35 days after the repair, it quit working again. Only used the oven 3 times during those 35 days. I was informed that since it had been 31 days, I would have to pay for the repair again! $450 dollars. Well, thats about sums it up. 10 year customer gone. Good luck if you choose to do business with them. I will make sure I spread the word the best I can! Let’s see if a representative will respond to this post…. waiting….
