Mike was amazing. He was professional. He did his due diligence. He just didn’t come in and stop. He found out what the problem was. He looked everything out. He was very thorough. He quoted the price very professional clean and tidy not anything like any other work man I’ve been around very smart and it’s very representative of Sears brand

Thank goodness James came out today, he knew exactly how to fix our washer and had it running in no time. The guy you sent out twice before didn’t have a clue. Doesn’t make any sense sending someone that has no experience. This was ver frustrating but again so glad that James was here today.
