Arrived as promised. Efficient, knowledgeable fixed the issue. Very satisfied. There were no charges. I had a 3 year extended warranty that I bought at time of purchase. I think it is sad situation that appliances are not built to last anymore. This refrigerator is only 2 and a half years old.
