Thank goodness James came out today, he knew exactly how to fix our washer and had it running in no time. The guy you sent out twice before didn’t have a clue. Doesn’t make any sense sending someone that has no experience. This was ver frustrating but again so glad that James was here today.

Customer Service was absolute trash had rescheduled my appointment multiple times without confirmation HOWEVER James, the technician who serviced my home, completely saved my experience. Was very polite, approachable, and quick. Also was very knowledgeable, I would request him if possible. Sears I would thank this guy for saving my business with you guys because if it were just for you bs AI and customer service reps I would be leaving a 1 star review.
