They didn’t show up for 4 or 5 scheduled visits in a row, finally had to replace my unit elsewhere.

Zero Stars... will charge you a fortune and NEVER show back up for the actual repair. who can do without a fridge for months?

Zero stars if it were an option. Have used Sears for over 10 years and used them to repair the cooling fan on my LG oven. 35 days after the repair, it quit working again. Only used the oven 3 times during those 35 days. I was informed that since it had been 31 days, I would have to pay for the repair again! $450 dollars. Well, thats about sums it up. 10 year customer gone. Good luck if you choose to do business with them. I will make sure I spread the word the best I can! Let’s see if a representative will respond to this post…. waiting….
