My heating system is old. Sears has had to come out twice. First to diagnose and order the necessary parts, second to install. They will come again to install another part during the 3rd visit. The techs that are doing the repair are the best!!! Jermaine educated me, is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you Sears for employing techs who have great customer service skills, who know what they are doing and who treat people like family.
