Alex was warm and pleasant. We enjoyed him and him sharing his expertise. He is a keeper. It was too expensive to repair so we paid a service fee.

So our washing machine started acting crazy, Justin came and Looked at our washing machine and diagnosed it. He had to order a part and came back a couple of days later and replace the it. Thank God, because our washing machine is finally acting normal! The best part is that it was all under warranty. Thank you Justin!

This is my third time using Sears appliance service and each experience was excellent. 3 visits and each visit brought three professional, knowledgeable and friendly service technicians. The most recent visit by Keith was done in less than an hour. I will be using Sears for future appliance issues I may come across in my home. I have already begun recommending them to my family and friends.
