I had my dryer repaired 2weeks ago. It stoped working.Same problem. Another serviceman came out, me calling for another appointment. Unit unable to be repaired (cost as much as buying a new unit). Technically it was not repaired the first time. So I am requesting reimbursement for the first visit. The date was 10/23/2025. Would appreciate you looking into this matter. Justin and Jermaine the technicians who were sent both did a great job. The scheduling was a nightmare! 5 separate appointments were scheduled three of which were canceled after waiting for the technician to come all day.

Technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable and did my repair. Services are extremely overpriced

The job was preformed with professional skill and knowledge. The technician cleaned his work area with excellence. I can’t rate the finish product because The product is not in used due 24/hr charging. I

I don’t feel like this technician wanted to do his job at all

The serviceman was good but the cancelation of my scheduled appt to weeks later after already waiting weeks for the first appt was unacceptable.

Didn’t clean up after work of fixing dryer and clearing lint from line. Very unprofessional to not throw the lint away and just leave it on our floor.

They advertise same day repairs but when you call you get an AI agent that schedules you two days out. Not a fan of the deception of same day. Definitely not a fan of the AI agent. I opted to use someone who employed humans and doesn't make false promises before I even book the appointment.

Isiah is awesome, 4th tech in on the repair, the fridge worked for 24 hours and died again. Going in 8 weeks and it still doesn’t work. Bring me a new one please! Last review was was at 6 weeks and 3 different techs and my fridge still doesn’t work at all. Not Isiah’s fault, he does an excellent job and very Professional! Lowe’s service contract company needs to replace this defective refrigerator after being dead for over 11 weeks as it is dead again this morning and flooded the kitchen again. Help!

I had a scheduled appointment with Sears Home Repair between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and they never showed up. No call, no update, no explanation—nothing. The only communication I received was an automated message repeating the same time window. I rearranged my entire day and even missed Easter Sunday service waiting for them, only to be completely ignored. This level of disrespect for a customer’s time is unacceptable. If you can’t keep an appointment or at least communicate, you shouldn’t be in the service business. I will not be using Sears Home Repair again and strongly recommend others think twice before booking.
