Alex repaired my in wall combo microwave and oven. Kenmore microwave heating element no longer working. Alex explained problem and repaired. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Having enrolled in the Warranty Protection Membership program, the $150 credit significantly reduced my total bill. I will ask for Alex as my technician for any future appliance repair. I am so happy my Kenmore combo microwave and oven wall unit is now functioning 100%. Thank you!!!!
