Lanette identified the problem with out refrigerator leaking onto the floor immediately. Drain line to the drip pan was frozen forcing the condensation to the front of the unit and onto the floor in front. Gave great advice on how to resolve the issue. Very satisfied with Sears Services!

Andrew was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable about my washer even though it is very old. Was kind in letting me know the manufacturer no longer makes the parts to repair my washer and passed this info to my home warranty company.
