Mike the technician was efficient, knowledgeable and timely. Our air conditioning had been out since July 3rd and Mike was the only technician who was concerned about making the necessary repairs. Your technicians Melvin and Kevin were awful -- Kevin was rude.

Second attempt to repair. October 27th was the initial day and they ran behind and did not make it within set time of 8-5p. Nice quiet gentleman. Professional handling of work. Called to give me heads up. Came on time. Have to wait to see if ice maker actually makes ice. Other than that good service.
