Alex was warm and pleasant. We enjoyed him and him sharing his expertise. He is a keeper. It was too expensive to repair so we paid a service fee.

So our washing machine started acting crazy, Justin came and Looked at our washing machine and diagnosed it. He had to order a part and came back a couple of days later and replace the it. Thank God, because our washing machine is finally acting normal! The best part is that it was all under warranty. Thank you Justin!

This is my second time using Sears appliance service and both experiences were excellent. Both visits saw two professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The most recent visit by Isiah was actually done one day earlier than it was scheduled for. Pricing was also very good. I will be using Sears for future appliance issues I may come across in my home. I will also recommend them to my family and friends.
