The technician was professionally and efficient. He did not have the part on his truck but quickly retrieved it and returned. He was knowledgeable and didn’t take long to complete the repair. I would definitely recommend Sears in the future.

Andrew and Joseph were super friendly, on time, good communication of work needed to be done and cost up front, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful of property. Took good care of my senior Kenmore washer and maintained the even older dryer. Best repair experience I have ever had. A+++++++👍👍👍
