Mr. Andrew from SEARS HOME SERVICES came and repaired my dishwasher. It was inoperable for months and now it's operating like brandnew! Thank you so very much!!! UPDATE: Feb. 4th 2024 Shortly, after Mr.Andrew repaired the control panel to my dishwasher the motor blew causing a leak to the lower level. Mr.Devon (technician) from SEARS HOME SERVICES came out and pulled the entire dishwasher out, tested the appliance before work and cut the breaker also to do the job which no other technician has done. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the repair. He addressed all my concerns related to preventative and maintenance issues I asked. Mr.Devon was very knowledgeable & passionate in doing his job. Thank you for the great customer service and wonderful encounter which makes customer to business relationships thrive!

The online Sears Appliance Repair scheduling needs to be addressed as it took longer than it should have. We had the part in hand for 5 days and it kept saying that the part had not arrived so they would not put us on the schedule. You cannot talk to a representative real time. However, Dwayne, the technician that completed the repair was amazing. He is by far the best service person that we have had to date. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. This 5 star rating is the result of Dwayne and not the Sears Appliance Repair online/text tool.

Esiah was amazing. He never gave up and went above and beyond to ensure the job was complete. He sensed my frustration with having to deal with multiple techs and multiple visits. He took the lead in ensuring my double oven was properly diagnosed, the correct parts were ordered and my ovens were up and running in time for our thanksgiving feast! Thanks Esiah!!!
