He was good diagnosing and fixing the washing machine, but he left the parts and cardboard here. I waved at him with the cardboard to come, but he saw me and left.

I had my dryer repaired 2weeks ago. It stoped working.Same problem. Another serviceman came out, me calling for another appointment. Unit unable to be repaired (cost as much as buying a new unit). Technically it was not repaired the first time. So I am requesting reimbursement for the first visit. The date was 10/23/2025. Would appreciate you looking into this matter. Justin and Jermaine the technicians who were sent both did a great job. The scheduling was a nightmare! 5 separate appointments were scheduled three of which were canceled after waiting for the technician to come all day.
