A total joke! They didn't even show up, but yet gonna send in receipts and a survey how they can do better. You can do better by actually showing up and doing the work. What a joke and a rip off!

IfvI could give less than 1 star Ibwould. Nigel didn't replace or repair anything but reported to AHS that he replaced the water inlet valve. This is one of the 2 parts he told me he would have to order. Furthermore, he required me to sign a blank screen on his phone. When I questioned him as to what I'm signing he said it was my signature that U didn't have to pay anything. I told him I wanted to see that part of the document and his rely was that he doest have that. Clearly, that was a lie because what was later emailed to me was an actual document. Again, Nigel NEVER brought any parts into my home and certainly never replaced any parts. He emptied my I've tray and played around with the water dispenser and ice maker and said he'll have to order the parts. This didn't make sense to me. Since parts had already been ordered based on Sears. Ir's IA robot through the text that told me they had already ordered the parts before The Visit. I had to call AHS back. They called Sears again and now they're supposed to send someone else. I am livid about being lied to and I'm livid. About your technician lying to my warranty company also!!

Booked an appointment for a diagnosis for our double oven. They came out and said it would be almost $900 to order a part and repair. The technician was wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable. We agreed to proceed and paid them the $856 on Feb. 21st. This was over a month ago (now Apr. 7). After all this time, they have rescheduled multiple times and not shown up despite me waiting around from 8am until 5pm. Then I get an email that if they don’t hear from me in 24 hours, they’ll cancel my appointment. How can you be a no-show then tell me I am the reason you’ll cancel, especially after taking $856 from me? I tried to reschedule my appointment online, but it gave me an error message and said I now had to call a number to reschedule. If you call customer service, you cannot get in touch with a human. It’s an automated system where you press 1 or 2. Useless. On Apr. 4th, I finally got through to an AI assistant on an alternate number and asked to speak to a human. I was routed to a call center that could not figure out how to help me reschedule around the error message. After being transferred, I was assured someone in their back office team would reschedule my appointment and someone would actually show up this week. I was specifically told that my appointment would not be cancelled. Well, I woke up this morning to a cancelled appointment. No mention of refunding my $856. I will be disputing the credit card charge and reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and Georgia Dept of Law’s Consumer Protection Division.

Service is horrible. They never show up on the days you have a appointment scheduled. And when they do show up they still can't fix what you need fixed.

I don 't like to say the service was the pits, but if the shoe fits...This Service Call by Carolynn was completed in five (5) minutes. She walked in and stated..."You must open the doors a certain way." This type of refrigerator is made to be opened this way. It is a dual door and the right hand door must be opened first as you are looking at the refrigerator. We have owned GE products since 2004 and have had repairmen come out before and absolutely none have said the operation of the doors should be as this lady professes. What really let me know she did not want to do or fix anything was her comment about the fan noise. She stated GE engineers were aware of the issue, but did not care about providing any recommendations on the repair for the noise. Her next statement was not professional, she stated we should sell this refrigerator and get another one. That would fix the problem. So the point of all this verbiage is if this so called technician shows up for your repair service, I would not allow her to attempt the repairs. She came to our home from Anniston, AL here in Villa Rica, GA...wonder if that had anything to do with the attitude toward the repairs. Our refrigerator is not fixed, it still makes the noise. We are not opening the right hand door first. Oh, by the way-when the filter needs replacing, we must cycle the circuit breaker for the refrigerator before we can purge the filter. She stated that the filters had a chip on them that required this procedure. That doesn't make any kind of sense- if that is the case I would imagine that GE would not be selling many units. I have rambled on enough-I am sure the folks that read this will respond that the service was good. It wasn't any good at all. Good luck on your repairs...

Nothing to do with the service person who Eventually performed the service,. But I wouldn’t hire Sears to do anything for me, including wash my feet. This was the worst experience based on customer service and the communication between Cinch home warranty, a.k.a. cross-country services and Sears. I am canceling my home warranty with Cinch and whatever Sears Warranty is doing they can keep doing but without My support

JaVodka was an ill mannered self righteous individual who became upset because I requested he wear footies over his boots in my house. He never entered my house, instead he went back to his truck and was there for a long period of time. When he did come back, he started explaining to me that he felt uncomfortable coming into my house because of the way I spoke to him. I explained to him this problem has been going on Since August 2024; Today’s date being December 11th of 2024. I have seen several repair men most of which has told Sears that I need a replacement refrigerator. yet Sears has not listened. I have been out of refrigerator since December 3 of 2024 before that the food would spoil at the top of the refrigerator, meanwhile, at the bottom part in the fruit drawers and the meat drawers, everything was frozen. I tried to call corporate, but I could not find it. I’ve called several times into Sears, but you can never get the same person. Just a little while ago, I received some type of bill like he been here like he worked on something. He never came inside saying something to the fact that the repair was from zero dollars to $1100 but today my repair was zero dollars and had all these little factions going with it. I need a new refrigerator. I seriously need Sears to be serious. This has been going on for five months! At which point do they start listening to The technicians that said that my refrigerator needs to be replaced? Now that I have no refrigerator I seriously know what hunger feels like it is not good.

You didn't fix my refrigerator and your contact information is completely not helpful. I scheduled the repair and you told me a Saturday, but then I got an email it was rescheduled for Friday. Then, on Thursday, out of nowhere, I got a text that the repair guy was on the way. He showed up and said he needed to order two parts for the freezer. He came back a week later and made the repair. However, now instead of just my freezer not working, the whole thing doesn't work. I'm having to throw away food because now the fridge is not cooling. And, I've tried every phone number on your website and cannot get a live person to get a repair scheduled again. Every number I call wants me to pay another $100 even though my contract says I don't have to because you didn't fix it. I also cannot get anywhere or your terrible website either. It wants me to pay the $100 again as if I'm scheduling a new appointment. So know that when I finally get this resolved, it will be the last you will see of me because I will be CANCELLING my home warranty with you.
