The technician was very professional and demonstrated his knowledge in repairing my icemaker. Even on the pending repair status for my dishwasher, that had been ongoing for over two months, this technician expressed concern and just took the initiative to simply check it out and in a matter of minutes the dishwasher was back working. The technician also took the time to make sure it was working properly before leaving. This meant a lot and it was very impressive to see how much pride this technician had in his work, and the care and concern he demonstrated to his customer. Will recommend this technician any day!

I wanted to leave more than one star because the dryer is fixed. However a heat shield was left off the dryer so I’ve had to pay another company to fix what should have been put back together in the first place. There is no contact info to reach the reps who come to your house. All contacts is with AI and although they advertise service guarantee, you have to pay the deposit of $130 to have the tech come back to your house regardless the fact they did the job incorrect.

Under warranty and still charge me 129 for just looking at it. 400 plus for fixing it or 90 a mounth for extended warranty but with it still charging 100 it's all crazy. I can buy a new one for all this. Plus I paid the 229 but when he left he charged my debit card another 73 something. The worst experience ever
