William had the patience of a saint as he struggled to remove very stubborn parts from our tub. After tackling that task and replacing new parts, he quickly dealt either a faulty actuator. He was most courteous and professional.

This is by Mrs. 54JohnnyT, Wyman is an excellent repairman.He has serviced my appliance before. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and neat. If Sears would just listen to what the customer needs when they FINALLY get to a live person to request a repair, it would really help. I told them what part I needed, gave a model, and serial number. BUT I still had to repeat the need the day of supposed service and repeat info, waste that day staying at home when I thought the repair was going to be made. THEN schedule another day at home for repair. SEARS you need to rethink your process. If your customer knows what is wrong, order the part, have it delivered and only need ONE day to get the job done.
