Timothy was a great tech. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired my dryer. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, then cleaned out the machine. I works like new now.

He came in and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. The only thing I wish he would have done was explain to me what went wrong in the first place.
