The technican was fine. Hediagnosed and ordered the right parts. Not his fault they took 3 + months to arrive. I know it is an older fridge, but that is what these home warranties are for.

The technician was great. Though Sears help line not so. Bought the GE Standup Freezer less than a year ago. Scheduled the appointment thinking it would be under warranty. Nope had to pay the service call. When trying to contact Sears about this there was NO OPTION for discussing this or ti schedule a warranty repair that would fall within the 1 year warranty with a rep or with the scheduling service page or the chat bot. So everyone i guess there's no such thing as a 1 year warranty anymore.
