Still dealing with slipping going up small inclines. But Jarvis is a good man. Mower never acts up when he has been here.

The technican was fine. Hediagnosed and ordered the right parts. Not his fault they took 3 + months to arrive. I know it is an older fridge, but that is what these home warranties are for.

The technician was great. Though Sears help line not so. Bought the GE Standup Freezer less than a year ago. Scheduled the appointment thinking it would be under warranty. Nope had to pay the service call. When trying to contact Sears about this there was NO OPTION for discussing this or ti schedule a warranty repair that would fall within the 1 year warranty with a rep or with the scheduling service page or the chat bot. So everyone i guess there's no such thing as a 1 year warranty anymore.

I do not like that all the details I was asked to input into your digital system did not seem to be relayed to the technician for the first visit. Also, I had to look up the model number to find the part needed and found it before the technician did. William was just fine and after parts were ordered, finished the job effectively.

Rodney from Sears came, nice guy. He looked at unit and said it probably has a leak. He put in a can of leak stop and charged with gas. It worked ok for several hours now it doesn't cool. Going to try to call back on the call from him got today. I have no contact info for him. Hope I don't have Togo thru CHW to get it fixed. If this is monitored, please contact me and fix my A/C Now it's going to be 7-10-24 for next appointment to get it fixed. Earliest available they say. I'm without air conditioning for another 2 weeks because it was not fixed the first time. It's hottest in years and I need help. CHW says they only use Sears so other provider is not an option. If I call Sears I will have to pay entire bill so I must have CHW handle it.

Took 3 weeks because they bought parts that never shipped. Had to constantly ask to just come check it out. Finally listened and changed it out. Unbelievable. Bad customer service, but the tech was nice. Atrocious business process. Could have bought parts cheaper at Amazon and be here in a day. Also never could talk to a human. Bad practice.
