Repair took longer than expected. With today’s diagnostic equipment I would have expected a quick diagnosis. Parts were ordered and arrived in a timely manner. Technician, Arron, is a skilled professional and a pleasure to work with.

I was surprised that the repairman was not aware of the problem with my refrigerator. This was the third visit for the same issue, parts had been delivered to my house and he didn’t know about them at all.

Brent our repairman was great and courteous. But communication prior to repair visit was not good...repeated messages responding to available appointment times were not returned. Also received a message that part received was incorrect, which it was not. Very confusing automated communication!

At first, Sears Repair Service was scheduled and did not show up. Apparently, they did not have a Technician available. The second appointment, the technician did not have the proper gauges to test the compressor. Although, he did identify that the compressor was the problem. He called the office to place the order and it was denied until a reading from the compressor was provided. He apparently worked on HVAC units. Finally, three weeks later from the original repair date, a Technician by the name of Ricardo Lara arrived and was very prepared as an experienced technician should be. He was able to get the necessary readings and it was the compressor that was bad. Thank goodness he had one in his truck and replaced it. Ricardo Lara was a very competent technician. The man new his stuff. Whats happens is that businesses sometimes take on more that they can chew.
