Keith called when he was on his way. Asked about the appliance to be repaired. We had parts sent to us prior to his visit. He arrived on time and was very friendly, introduced himself. Found the issue right away and solved our problem. Very professional, polite, personable and knew what to do. It took very little time to solve the issue!

Daniel was professional and patient. He checked out the unit which had been making terrible noises the night before and assured me it wouldn't blow up. It was just waking up after not being used for seven months. It has calmed down a lot, so I have too!

Keith arrived on time and did the repair on my microwave oven in about 30 minutes. This is a built-in microwave oven, which he had to remove in order to access the magnetron unit, for which he had a replacement unit on the truck. Take-down, repair and re-install only took about 30 minutes! Super job!
