He was competent and very professional as well as pleasant thorough and a pleasure to work with how ever it appears that what we thought would be "The Solution "reasonably has turned out not to be the solution . At least he opened the panel found a sticking mechanism and did what he could to fix it . I think the sensor may be at fault rather than the built up gunk and ice as it appeared.

First of all I’d like to thank Sears Service for providing the map and technician’s arrival status which allowed me to get some errands done. Then there is the technician, Sanbao, who was professional, friendly and extremely detail oriented. In making my decision to go with the repair or purchase a new fridge Sanbao was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I’m pleased with my decision to use Sears Service!!!

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. I appreciated his communication and information throughout the repair process. Sears repair was able to diagnose my dryer issue (under warranty) within 24 hrs of the initial call. Parts were ordered, and the repair occurred within 48 hrs of part delivery (they actually offered a sooner repair time, but it didn't work with my schedule). I was only able to find one other repair company to service my area for my warranty, and they were 9 days out for a diagnosis call. Sears had the diagnosis, parts ordered/received, and repair completed before the other company could even arrive for diagnosis visit. Thank you Sears for a positive experience.
