I was mistaken re Miguel's name when I asked him his name I thought he said Juan not Miguel. My error I am quite sure so when you speak with him please let him know that I am sorry to have miss his correct name. He is quite the gentleman to not correct me through the course of time that he was in our house. He is an efficient worker, knows exactly what he is doing, was cognizant taking care of our house, eg. careful not to scratch the floor. He even swept up after he was done. We genuinely like him and his calm and low key approach to getting the job done. He was a pleasure to deal with and you should be proud to have him as employee.

If all of your repair men are as professional and caring as Benjamin, Sears would have a great repair service. Benjamin took his time to analyze what was wrong with our refrigerator, and kept his promise when he would return to fix it. While I praise Benjamin, Sears Appliance Repair scheduling leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Confirmed appointments were dropped by another repair man (not Benjamin) even after he called me to tell me he was on the way.Ten minutes later I got an email that Sears will reschedule and he will arrive in 7 days. We were out of our refrigerator for 12 days waiting for our repair.
