Sears REPAIRMAN was very efficient in repairing the ice maker. Also he cleaned up afterwards leaving site clean. A very professional job!

Kamron, the technician, was very nice and pleasant, very helpful, and arrived on time. He also made calls to his supervisor to get clarification on some questions my husband and I had. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience and the answers that helped us decide to repair or replace.
