Came earlier then scheduled appointment which was nice. Could not fix leak because of age of appliance- no parts available. Did make recommendations as to keep machine or discard. Appreciated that. Good service.

Russel was on time. He did a great job diagnosing the problem, Then checking issue alternatives he found the drain line was clogged, removed the clog resulting in complete fix of problem. Thanks.
