Russell was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He was very, very courteous. He clearly explained what he was doing and why, so we could understand. He explained what he found to us, in a way I could understand, which helped us decide the path forward. I wish all servicemen could be as professional, capable, thorough and respectful as he.

Dishwasher door couldn’t be repaired but Tim helped with determining it was under warranty but only using the manufacturers service..
