Our Tech ( Lyn), not sure of correct spelling, arrived on time, was very professional and left our appliance in great working order. He cleaned everything up after himself and was pleasant throughout the whole repair. He fixed our washing machine in a timely manner and was overall, very efficient. You should be proud to have him on your staff. He is excellent.
