Technician Sanbao was professional and quick. Sears scheduling in my area took 12 WEEKS after part received to service!

Russell did a good job, he found 2 pennies and a razor blade in the drain of the washing machine. I was a shame that when I did the second load of clothes the pump DID NOT DRAIN again. Since this was the second time, we had a problem with the pump not draining, maybe the pump needed changing. After using shop vac to drain the machine and hand wringing the clothes, we went and bought a new washer and dryer.

Technician walked into kitchen, looked at the microwave and said” I’m not going to touch this.That’s a marble backsplash. None of our technicians will touch that”. We showed him a video of the firecrackers in the microwave accompanied. He spent 5 minutes pulling off a panel and putting back on. Said everything looks fine and left. The next morning fireworks again. Internet search says to unplug and remove due to fire hazard.

Do not use Sears! They are way over priced!!And not very professional. Scratched my Washing machine and tried to hide it. And Deny it. Way over priced!!!

No one came AGAIN. This is the 4th time in 2 weeks for some lame reason my dryer was not seen. I am sitting here waiting then I get a message how was your service. Apparently the person just decided to not come. I have been without a working dryer for 3 weeks!
