I called about a refrigerator problem and couldn’t get an appointment for 5 weeks. The technician did arrive 5 weeks later and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue. It needed a new evaporator fan. He ordered the part, but the next appointment was another 5 weeks away. The part arrived by mail in about 3 days and sat on top of the refrigerator for the balance of the 5 weeks before the tech came to install it. Please note that the technician was excellent, but having to wait 10 weeks for a repair doesn’t cut it. I will also note that I made several attempts to get the appointment moved up, but getting to talk to a person after you have an appointment is another ordeal altogether. I’ll be looking for another source.

Technician came to repair my refrigerator in April and told us that parts need to be ordered. It took sears two months to get the parts in and come fix my refrigerator. I will never recommend sears.

Our service tech is great-I feel sorry for him because he has to put up with a company that is disorganized and irresponsible. He has to take the brunt of the anger from customers that are treated poorly. Sears and the Sears stores that go out of business leaving customers hanging, are the absolute worst company to get answers/solutions from. This was a warranty issue on a refrigerator that had already been replaced once because it was faulty and we had to wait over 3 months to get a working product. I would not buy from Sears and I would not buy a Kenmore ever again. It has been the worst experience from beginning to, hopefully, the end.

Russell was very nice but didn’t seem at all confident he could fix the LG oven. If you don’t have expertise in LG then you shouldn’t advertise that you work on them. Another repair service is coming and seems very familiar with the issue and how to fix it. As it is I paid your service fee and received no value from it
