The technicians were both great, but the appointment process and communication needs ALOT of work!!! The automated system is very much useless and doesn’t record correctly, I was most frustrated not talking to a live person and useless and inaccurate multiple messages, via text and email!!!

Mike was very knowledgeable and made a call to parts and found out that repare parts are not available for this model and that the microwave is not heating properly!!! He was also very courteous!!!

The technician was very kind. He came in and diagnosed the issue promptly. My issue is with the scheduling. Sears sent a text message on yesterday to confirm or cancel the appointment. I canceled it but they did not cancel on their end. They called me about the appointment and I was explaining that I canceled by text, the technician was at my door at the same time.
