Very friendly, however he pushed the refrigerator too close to the dishwasher and now I can't get the dishwasher door open.

The techs were great! Very thorough and very nice! They did preventative maintenance on my washer and dryer. No cost because I had master protection agreement.

We had a good experience with Keith the technician. He diagnosed our problem and repaired it in a timely manner. However, our experience with the AI bots was terrible. We so much prefer talking with a real person. Because of the confusion generated by the AI bots, the repair took three weeks instead of the usual 5 days. We are seriously considering looking for a new service agreement with another provider.
