Anthony was my technician. He was friendly, cordial and professional. He arrived on time and immediately began diagnosing the problem with my Kitchenaid Microwave. It was found that it needed multiple parts and to determine whether it would be repaired or replaced. The decision to repaired or replaced has not been decided at this time. L.M. Deanes
