Anthony was proficient in explaining the process required to repair our washing machine. The parts arrived in a timely manner and he came back as indicated and repaired the machine. He reinstated my confidence in Sears compared to getting my refrigerator repaired and year ago. It took 3 months. We lost all foods items that was in the refrigerator and freezer. Thank you Anthony, your professionalism is much appreciated.
