Ruben M. is professional and courteous. He worked very diligently to repair the freezer door of my refrigerator. The previous repair person had misdiagnosed the problem and had ordered a little heater that wasn't necessary to replace. Ruben refunded the payment for the part and took it back to his truck for return. It turned out that the drain behind the freezer was clogged and the water wasn't draining properly. I was so grateful to have somebody who actually knew what he was doing. (I didn't know what else was wrong with the freezer, only that the freezer door wouldn't open properly. That was the original reason for calling a repair technician.) Ruben diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. He asked me to check the freezer door after he had fixed the clogged drain, and the door now works perfectly. It was nice talking with you. Thank you!

It took too long to get the part, I was without a refrigerator from August 5th until today, October 4th, 2024. We had to discard food that was in the refrigerator, we were reduced to living out of a cooler, having to purchase ice daily.
