Sears made it easy to book an appointment online and with only a days notice. I was surprised they had someone working on NYE, but Eli showed up on time and quickly found the problem. I also appreciate that he cleaned up before he left. I’d highly recommend Sears and Eli!

Home warranty experience was good. Was happy Sears team contacted me to reschedule my appointment to an earlier day and time. Technician contacted me when he was on his way. Confirmed diagnosis of the issue with the furnace. Replaced the igniter and completed the job in about 30 minutes and restored heat to home.
