I contacted Sear’s to install washing machine parts that ordered over 4 months ago by my incompetent former home warranty company. The technicians were friendly, professional, and efficient in completing their tasks. They provided sound advice regarding my washing machine. Pricing was fair and approximately $96 less than multiple competitors. I would definitely hire them again!

My appt was from 8am-12noon. Tech didn't get there until 4:20pm. He did call when he was 30mins out (3:40pm). He was very informative and educated me on the up keep of my 4yr old furnace. I give him a 5 star rating; however, Sears, on the other hand, gets a 3. They over book services making techs look bad and sometimes don't call or even show up. They also take a long time to repair appliances (even when the parts have been delivered to the customer's house 3weeks prior to the tech coming back to repair). Again I have not met a tech yet that's has not been professional, informative, and courteous.

The serviceman was excellent. I’d give him five stars. He diagnosed the problem and had us up and running with no problems. The automated customer support is a joke, however. I’d give it negative stars if I could. It kept changing our repair date stating that our parts were on back order. The parts sat in our home for three weeks while we were on a merry-go-round with customer service. Finally, the serviceman took the initiative to contact us and we sorted out the mixup. I understand that automation saves money, but human contact saves business. I’m reluctant to deal with Sears in the future.

Took almost 2 months to complete repair, twice technician did not show for appointment 2 days off wasted. The service really sucks. Last technician was 3 hrs late but got the job almost done. Sears sucks and very unreliable. Sucks for me already paid for extended warranty, I have no choice to deal with there unreliable service. I would never purchase there extended warranty again it's not worth the stress.

The technician was on the phone the entire time they were supposed to be attending to my AC unit. I felt as though his attention was divided and that I didn’t receive the customer service and care I was paying for. He had no patience to troubleshoot and left with unresolved issues.

Technician was late. He advised he was 8 minutes away, but he needed to take a lunch break. The job took him 3 hours, and had to take the dryer apart twice to fix. Then to top it off, he advised this job is normally done by two technicians. Left me with the old parts to dispose. Only in America.
