I'm very disappointed in my service. My initial visit was on June 26th and my AC was not fixed. Gregory returned and said he replaces some bolt and filled it up with gas. It cooled, but after 3 days the system is no longer cooling. This is very disappointing. I need my AC fixed.

This appointment was scheduled 8am-5pm. The technician called me at 12:18. I called him back at 12:18; however, he did not answer. I called him at least three times after that and texted him to let him know I was coming home at 1:30p to meet him. He texted me at 12:17 confirming a 2pm appointment, which is the reason I texted him back and let him know I would start traveling to my house at 1:30. I never heard anything from him. I received a text message at 5:26 from SEARS saying your technician is on the way. Next thing I got was a bill. The appointment was scheduled from 8a-5pm. I have text and emails from SEARS stating this. There was no communication with this technician, and I will not pay anything because of the time I missed form work and the timeframe the appointment was scheduled. This is poor business and no consideration for people's jobs. Trying to contact SEARS is ridiculous because all you get is a recording. There is no live person to respond to and trying to resolve this issue online was useless.

Service done and was told to wait 24 hours to see was everything working properly but it wasn’t. There’s no change in the condition inside the refrigerator it’s the same condition as it was before repairs were done.
