Poor service and poor communication. Two men showed up the first time on 9/25 and would not move the refrigerator for a 74 -yr old woman . She had to get someone to literally slide the refrigerator out since neither man would do that. She had to wait another week to get them to come back to diagnose after she got someone to move the refrigerator. He came back on 10/1 and diagnosed the problem and rescheduled service for 10/6. Part arrived at Mom's house on 10/4 and we got a cancellation notice around 7 am on 10/6, with no call, saying part has not arrived and that we would have to wait until 9/13 to complete , with refrigerator still sitting in middle of my Mom's kitchen floor. I texted number I had for guy who had come out on had multiple times to let him know that we had the part, even though email said we didn't....never got a response. I was able to reschedule on 10/6 online for 10/8 and then got another cancellation email on 10/7 that repair would be completed on 10/14 ( almost 3 weeks after initial visit). Noone ever addressed my texts. Ended up finally getting AHS to send another company out to complete repair. The new company got the request and part was put on in less than 24 hrs.

Did not get the proper time and diagnosis from the technician to really find the problem not good service!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received today. The technician seemed agitated that he had to come back out for the same thing and when he could not recreate the problem. He did not give me instructions from the previous visit.

I am still waiting on the repair. This has been ongoing for too long. I was told that I would get e-mail in 2-3 days, have not receive e-mail yet. I am really disappointed with the service I have received.
